Checkout flow

Customers should place orders through the official SOFX checkout. SOFX does not ask customers to send card details through contact forms, email, or chat.

Payment providers

Payment processing is handled by the payment provider configured in WooCommerce checkout. Sensitive payment details are processed by the provider, not manually collected by SOFX support.

Order records

After payment, WooCommerce creates an order record used for private delivery, customer support, and download access review.

Security advice

Only use the official site domain and account area. Do not trust third-party download links claiming to represent SOFX products.
