Open a source product page from the Free MQL Library. Sign in or register, return to that product page, and complete its zero-total claim. The current rule allows three distinct free-source products per account per site day. Download access follows the permission shown in your account; the standard permission allows three download attempts and expires after 30 days.
Confirm MT4 or MT5 and whether the package is an Expert Advisor, indicator, setfile, or editable source. Follow the package’s installation notes. MQ4 and MQ5 source files require the matching MetaEditor and any listed dependencies before they can be tested.
Read the product’s diagnostic label and dependency notes. A “compile not run” label means no compilation result is provided; a missing-dependency label means additional files may be required. A successful compilation checks code and dependencies in the stated environment and does not verify trading performance.
Contact B123 with the product name, MT4/MT5 version, the exact error message, and your order reference if applicable. Support can first identify the type of issue; a repair, update, broker compatibility, or trading result is not promised unless explicitly stated for your package.
Before testing any tool, read the Risk Notice.
